Hi! My name is Tyler Fech and I own TJ Shredzz. This is a secure document shredding company which has been in the making since I was in high school. Even though I’m a solopreneur, this company is a team effort and I’ve surrounded myself with supportive family, friends and partners who are dedicated to the success of TJ Shredzz just as much as I am!
When I was born, my parents were told they should have no expectations for me. Luckily, they didn’t listen to the doctors! They had expectations for me, just like they did for my siblings, and because of that, I strive to EXCEED EXPECTATIONS on a daily basis! I am a high school graduate, an athlete, a business owner and a person with a disability. I don’t let my disability define me or limit my potential because I know we are all capable of more than we think if we believe in ourselves.
